Veteran-Built Precision
for Every Homeowner.
VroomBrick was founded on a simple observation: homeowners can coordinate much of a transaction themselves with the right tools. VroomBrick charges a 1% technology fee for the platform, paid by the seller at closing. You don’t pay an agent commission on the side VroomBrick works with, and we connect you with the licensed professionals you need.
Founded by a Navy veteran.
VroomBrick was built by a Navy veteran who saw the same problem countless service members and families face: a bundled commission model for services that could be handled more efficiently with technology and the right professional partners.
The military teaches you to solve problems with precision, accountability, and resourcefulness. VroomBrick applies those same principles to real estate. Instead of bundling everything into one expensive agent, we use technology to connect homeowners directly with the licensed professionals they actually need -- closing attorneys, showing agents, and lenders.
The result: a process that is more transparent, more affordable, and backed by licensed professionals at every step.

Make real estate more affordable, accessible, and equitable.
Every homeowner deserves to understand exactly what they are paying for and why. VroomBrick breaks the traditional realtor model into its component parts (legal oversight, property access, and financing) and connects you with licensed professionals for each one. VroomBrick charges a 1% technology fee for the platform, paid by the seller at closing. You don’t pay an agent commission on the side VroomBrick works with.
How VroomBrick serves veterans and military families.
VA-Savvy Lenders
We connect you with lenders who specialize in VA Loans and understand the unique requirements and benefits of VA financing. Fast pre-approvals, competitive rates, and experience with military homebuyers.
Attorney-Backed Transactions
A licensed closing attorney handles your contracts and closing, including the title search and settlement. Your lender confirms how each charge appears on your Closing Disclosure under VA's rules.
PCS-Friendly Process
Military families move frequently. VroomBrick is designed to be fast and efficient, so you can close on your home quickly, whether you are buying at your new duty station or selling before a PCS move.
VA loans and VroomBrick.
VA sets the benefits of a VA-backed purchase loan (va.gov, as of September 2026); your lender confirms what you qualify for. VroomBrick charges a 1% technology fee for the platform, paid by the seller at closing. You don’t pay an agent commission on the side VroomBrick works with. See our veteran guides for Virginia, Maryland, and North Carolina, and how VA rules treat commissions.
No Down Payment
Per VA, no down payment as long as the sales price isn't higher than the home's appraised value.
No PMI Required
Per VA, no private mortgage insurance (PMI) or mortgage insurance premium (MIP). A VA funding fee may apply.
Loan Terms
VA describes better terms and interest rates than other loans from private lenders; your lender quotes your actual rate.
1% VroomBrick Fee
VroomBrick charges a 1% technology fee for the platform, paid by the seller at closing. You don't pay an agent commission on the side VroomBrick works with. Commissions are negotiable, so compare it with what you'd have paid.
Technology + licensed professionals.
VroomBrick is not a brokerage and does not employ agents. We build the technology that connects homeowners with independent licensed professionals.
The Technology
Our platform coordinates every step of your transaction: matching you with professionals, tracking documents and deadlines, calculating savings, and keeping everything organized in one dashboard.
The Professionals
Licensed closing attorneys, independent showing agents, flat-rate MLS brokers, and lender partners. Each is an independent professional connected through VroomBrick, not employed by us.
The Fee
Whether you're buying or selling, VroomBrick charges a 1% technology fee for the platform, paid by the seller at closing. You don't pay an agent commission on the side VroomBrick works with. On a $400,000 home, a 1% technology fee is $4,000. If an agent on your side charged 3%, that would be $12,000, a difference of $8,000. Commissions are negotiable, so your number depends on what you'd have paid.
